Nestor Katsoudas is the founding attorney of Nestor Legal and has spent his career representing immigrants throughout North Carolina and across the country. He handles the full spectrum of immigration law — from family petitions and green cards to business visas, naturalization, and removal defense — as well as criminal defense matters in Forsyth, Guilford, Davie, Davidson, and Yadkin Counties.
Nestor was born and raised in Winston-Salem to Greek immigrant parents, and that background shapes everything about how he practices. He understands the immigrant experience not as an abstract concept but as something lived — the paperwork, the uncertainty, the stakes. It’s why he built a practice centered on the communities that need this work most.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Greek, and has a longstanding commitment to serving the Hispanic community throughout the Piedmont Triad. For many of his clients, he is the first attorney they have ever worked with — and he takes that responsibility seriously.
Nestor is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
